Programme objectives

Value proposition for our client organisations and their people

Safety is the number one priority for all organisations across the energy industry and companies recognise the critical role their operations and maintenance leaders play in creating a systematic, disciplined and a process driven culture across their sites that delivers safety performance and business outcomes. Energy companies recognise the need to build a sense of pride and community across their operations workforce and our programme is intended to engage, develop and empower their operational leaders to be world class operational leaders.

For those participating in the programme we offer an opportunity to:

  • Learn from leading industry figures, academics and peers from across the industry – Bringing together groups of leaders who learn from one another as they go through a journey together
  • Improve through practice – Creating industry best practice ways of operating and giving their leaders the opportunity to put learning’s into practice
  • Develop personal performance – Contributing towards the long-term performance of the business and developing their capability
