Rick leads Fenroc’s Operational Excellence practice which is focused on supporting companies in Energy and other asset intensive industries meet the challenges of delivering safe, compliant, and efficient world class operational performance. Rick has over 35 years of experience in the Energy industry and has held senior leadership positions both in central global roles aswell as in multiple operational regions including North Africa, Middle East, Norway and the North Sea.
Rick’s is a qualified executive coach and is passionate about building operational leadership capability within his clients.
